Board of Director Training
This valuable training provides your unique ministry with the necessary training custom fit for your unique needs.  This approach is not a ‘cookie cutter’ training but instead surveys your needs, assesses your goals and provides training to help you accomplish your God given mission.  Topics include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinator Infrastructure
• Increasing the Size of Your Board
• Position Descriptions
• Encouraging your lead director 

Ask Karen about her custom designed Coordinator model for your ministry.  This model is created with your growing ministry in mind!

When Karen trains your Board of Directors it is all about YOU!  You are unique and so is the ministry you provide to your community!  Although there is no set fee for this training, Karen does require a love gift and travel expenses.  Your board will be encouraged to pray about the gift God wants you to give. 

Lead Director Training
Whether you are an Executive Director or Chief Executive Officer- you have a LARGE responsibility to lead your ministry to accomplish it's God given reason for existence.  So many times, the lead director often burns out and leaves between 18 months and 3 years.  Karen has a proven track record to help keep you in the ministry God has called you to!  She can help:
